Your job is to make every guest feel special, whether they’re grabbing a quick espresso or sitting down to enjoy a hot latte.
Experience is a plus, but not required! If you’re new to the world of coffee, we’ll teach you everything—from pulling the perfect espresso shot to mastering latte art. Do you love healthy food? As a Bowls Master, you’ll play a key role in preparing our signature açaí and pitaya bowls, smoothies, and other nutritious treats. You’ll work in the frontlines to keep our kitchen organized, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that every bowl looks and tastes amazing.
No experience? No problem! We’ll train you in everything from bowl assembly to smoothie preparation. What’s most important is that you bring enthusiasm, teamwork, a joyful spirit and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail is key, as we want every order to be beautifully presented and made with care.
Aside from these duties, you’ll also contribute to keeping the store spotless and ready to welcome customers. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as excellent customer service is a core part of every role in our team.

Are you detail-oriented and love working with numbers? As a Junior Accountant, you’ll be the backbone of our store, responsible for essential financial tasks such as data entry, KPI reporting, and bank reconciliation. Your role will be crucial in keeping our financial records accurate and up to date, helping everything run smoothly.
Some basic accounting knowledge is helpful, but we’re happy to train you if you’re eager to learn! We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data. Attention to detail is essential, as accuracy is key when handling reports and reconciliations.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for both healthy food and great people? As our Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for supervising all team members, maintaining high service standards, managing orders and inventory,  and making sure our store remains a vibrant and welcoming place for both locals and tourists.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision – Guide, support, coordinate and work alongside our Baristas, Bowl Masters, Cashiers, and Junior Accountant. You’ll ensure each team member is performing at their best, maintaining efficiency and a positive work environment.
Customer Experience & Relations – We thrive on exceptional customer service! You’ll ensure that every guest leaves happy and that our team consistently delivers top-tier service.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management – Communication with suppliers is key. You’ll be responsible for placing orders, tracking inventory, and making sure we never run out of essential ingredients and products.
Daily Store Operations – From ensuring cleanliness to handling any operational issues, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our store in top shape.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in retail or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
A hands-on approach—leading by example, jumping in when needed, and always keeping an eye on the details.
Fluent English is required since we serve both locals and tourists.
